Where is my luggage??!!

I will never ever fly with American Airlines again if they do not offer a satisfactory solution to the irresponsable lost of one of our bags.

The biggest of my bags, containing the coolest things I was bringing from Peru and some important documents (not to mention my personal planner and some miniDV tapes), didn’t make it to the JFK with me. American Airlines personnel didn’t even know where it could have been sent!

After talking to this people, I’m left with the feeling that sending extra weigth in different flights is a regular procedure for this airline. In the other hand, there is nobody checking luggage tickets when you leave the gate. SO, at this point, I don’t know if my bag is taking sun baths in Aruba or if it was taken out by another person. Gotta call these guys…
