Following up
my last posting about Central, Mike Chambers made
some announcements regarding the status of Central development. The most interesting disclose was that Central will go public in
a couple of weeks.
Although Central was first scheduled for release late this Summer, the private beta testing has been very successful and is progressively reaching more and more developers. However, this has delayed the planned release of
Macromedia Central, though you can expect a better product when the beta goes public in a few weeks.
