IE AND PLUG-INS: WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 2003 @ 03:48 PMLast thing I knew was that Microsoft was in trial for supposed infringements to Eolas patent over including plug-ins and applets in Internet Explorer. Patent fights are not news today, as everyday someone appears holding a patent for "hot water". But this issue is especially important for us, as it jeopardizes the way we use Flash nowadays, and it is not exclusive to Internet Explorer, as it represents a potential threat to other browsers like Netscape and Opera.
