IE AND PLUG-INS: WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Last thing I knew was that Microsoft was in trial for supposed infringements to Eolas patent over including plug-ins and applets in Internet Explorer. Patent fights are not news today, as everyday someone appears holding a patent for "hot water". But this issue is especially important for us, as it jeopardizes the way we use Flash nowadays, and it is not exclusive to Internet Explorer, as it represents a potential threat to other browsers like Netscape and Opera.

This probably won't be set before the end of the year, but people from Microsoft are already preparing for the worst.
